Prerequisites: The TTUHSC Otolaryngology Residency Program, a newly accredited program in Lubbock, Texas is now recruiting 1 PGY-1 and 1 PGY-2 residency positions to begin July 1, 2017, with orientation scheduled for late June. PGY-2 applicants must be able to demonstrate completion, or current status, of a PGY-1 ACGME-accredited otolaryngology residency curriculum.
Special Comments: All applicants must submit the following documents for consideration:
Personal statement/Letter of interest
Current CV in chronological order with no gaps
Medical school transcript
Medical school diploma (If applicable)
MSPE (dean’s Letter)
USMLE transcript
Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident ECFMG certification (If applicable)
Three letters of recommendation
All application materials must be complete to be considered; please send as a single PDF when possible. Completion of a TTUHSC application and verification of previous training will be required following review of credentials.
