New ACGME-approved California Anesthesiology Residency at Kaweah Delta Healthcare (Visalia) just accredited -- Starting June 19, 2017
We will accept 4 residents into the PGY-1 year of our new four year anesthesiology program starting June 19th, 2017. Interested candidates should contact the Program Director: Dr. Michael Pesce via email at mpesce@kdhcd.org, with copies to the Program Coordinator, Jennifer Vogt at jvogt@kdhcd.org without delay. Candidate interviews will be conducted starting April 10th, and the inaugural class of four residents will be finalized via “rolling” acceptances by the last week of May, 2017. In consideration of the short time to the start date, qualified candidates may want to call the Program Director directly at 559.624.5087.
PREREQUISITES:
Successful completion of MD or DO degree from US or Foreign Medical Schools. Candidates from non-US Schools will be required to obtain a Postgraduate Training Authorization Letter (PTAL) from the Medical Board of California prior to June 19, 2017.
